Ratings and reviews

A terrible downgrade from the old app, especially if you're on a phone with an odd aspect ratio, which makes ordering nearly impossible. There's also no way to edit reorders without the cart erroring out. Now I'm back on more typical phone hardware (Pixel 9 Pro) and it won't even install! Between this and the Seoul Sauce being gone, I guess I'll just eat somewhere else.

Terrible with the new update. I tried logging in and wouldn't recognize my password. When I try to reset it, it would not work and send to my email. I tried logging on the website and wouldn't allow to change my password. Then I get deactivated from the loyalty program and won't allow me to use my email to renew it. This was frustrating enough for me to consider never eating there again.

Your checklist for salad topping options are missing the word "No"; was surprised to receive a salad with just the chicken on it. (Staff was very cooperative, they get five stars.) Also, this order showed up twice in the app's order history despite this being my first time ordering through the app. No second charge on my card, at this time. Separately, the in-app pop-up asking for feedback tried to have me write you an email instead of directing me here; feels dated and sneaky...
