There was no minus star so giving 1. Hopeless update, asks for unnecessary permission like camera and storage access if you don't click on grant the app will not open. After granting permission It can't fetch details when you try to login, if there is no login how will you pay your bill. Seems the app only wants to breach privacy and not be useful you for your payments.

Third class app. I am using VCPL subscription. Very poorly designed app for their services & maintainance. Had to uninstall & reinstall no.of times as app would not open up showing page error. (Btw I am using the latest mobile, Hv a decent internet & hv all the knowledge how to install, open & use any app). The list of malfunction & goof ups is so large that I wouldn't want to spend my valuable time on these cheap app createers. & equally 3rd class VCPL service provider. Simply pathetic👎🤬

This is a good app, but still has some problems. I can say that this app is not user-friendly. The contents or the options in the app are not well-arranged. Moreover, the app cannot remember even the STB Card numbers or the STB identification numbers. This makes the users to remove the STB Cards more often, with no reason. This cards are tend to wear or break if removed and inserted repeatedly. These small problems though. These can be solved. I expect to get a better app in course of time.
