This is a good app, but still has some problems. I can say that this app is not user-friendly. The contents or the options in the app are not well-arranged. Moreover, the app cannot remember even the STB Card numbers or the STB identification numbers. This makes the users to remove the STB Cards more often, with no reason. This cards are tend to wear or break if removed and inserted repeatedly. These small problems though. These can be solved. I expect to get a better app in course of time.

Useless app as everytime they charge min rs 2 or greater as technology fee. This should have been charged to cable service provider. App is used only for renewal.

app responds little slow and it should have a package selecting opption bz i am using app i can easly choose my opption withot visiting your office to select my new pack opption sokindly see too it and add that opption it will be too easy and time counsumabel thing with customer satsfaction
