app is beyond frustrating, have to take the same photo like 10 times cuz it keeps saying something went wrong. and at the end of the day, when you go to upload all your jobs, it says it uploads. And then none of it uploads, and you're route for the day was a complete waste of time. needs some major bug fixes or just a completely new app for field guys.

This app is beyond buggy It's ridiculous taking pictures out in the field half the time the pictures say "Something went wrong recent photo may not have been saved", jump back to the screen without saying or saving anything, or flat out crash the app. I'm always in landscape mode when taking pictures but I get a message telling me to switch to landscape mode. The app will not stay working if you have any other app in the background of your phone like GPS. This app is one of the reasons I quit.

it's funny, disheartening, and a bit disgusting albeit I'm not surprised that a company has innovated/partnered a sophisticated app so intelligent it can map homes just by pictures alone for it's corporate use and yet uses an app so riddled with bugs for its lower level field employees that it can't even handle running on a flagship phone without crashing if there's more than one app in the background. This makes doing work for an already meager pay even more frustrating for the field employees.
