To begin using the Reliable Taxi app today:
• Download the free app
• Enter your phone number
• Validate your account (via the notification code you receive)
• Login to the app (Set your name and Email for receipts)
• Enter your pickup address
• Enter your destination address (this allows us to provide an estimated fare amount)
• Book your trip

On booking a reservation, you will immediately receive a confirmation number, along with an update when your vehicle has been assigned. From here you can monitor the progress of your vehicle as it moves towards your pickup location.

The Reliable Taxi app retains a history of your previous reservations for expense management and to quickly rebook the same trip with the push of a button. You may also create a list of favourite locations (Home, Work, etc.) to speed up the booking process.

Ratings and reviews

This app is definitely more, um, reliable then the previous one, which would drop rides without notice, switch me from one driver to another without notifying the drivers and other things. And I appreciate being able to use my card if I don't have cash, though I shouldn't have to pay $1.50 per ride to do that. But this app should also offer the ability to *prefer* or *block* drivers like the old one did.

Greatly improved over the old app. I appreciate being able to pay in advance through the app, just like Uber! However, this app does not allow for communication with the driver before pickup, like the old one did.

Very convenient thanks 👍 always come fast no problems other then it sometimes gives the wrong address.
