been trying an hour. google play says app installed. can't find it on my computer. click the resident and it gives me the app installed. it shouldn't be that hard. also, reliant forces us to download an app when logging in computer works just fine with last residence. I don't have the space in my android phone and the computer android compatible can't seem to work with this app. Just another company that hides behind technology and no contact in person!!!

App would not let me access renewal without a code. Once I got it working it would not accept my credit card information. Turns out it does not take American Express, but did not specify this. Using their online page also had no space to enter my billing address, ie Apartment number and therefore would not accept my card's billing address. Never had so much trouble paying for something in my life!

Pros: The app has a simple UI, easy to understand, and for users to do what they need for the very specific purpose this app serves. Cons: Won't let me order permits on the App. It errors out at the checkout step. There's a chat with a person option. Her response was that no one else had reported an issue. So something must be wrong with your phone. Well, I'm reporting an issue right now. What kind of response is that? If you're going to be unhelpful, why bother being on the chat? This isn't the 1st time this app has malfunctioned either. I was able to complete the transaction by accessing the website with a PC. Edit: I had a nice chat with the developer, Kevin, and there really is a concern for the customer and the app to work well. The app still needs to be fixed, but with concerned developers at the helm, I have hope that the issues with this app will be resolved soon.
