Most stupid app I have ever met. Even though I have an account in reliant parking I still can't log into the app, but still can log into the web. Called several times to customer support, they couldn't do anything. Today even more, logged into the web, tried to order the instant permit but the front end freezed during permit generation, so I couldn't get the guest permit. Customer service does not respond even after waiting on the phone for like 20 min.

if you're going to use AI agents do not heavily rely on them if you Don't know how to properly integrate them. its currently not convenient to deal with incorrect charges and being given the run around by a bot. I've had this issue for almost over a month

I downloaded the app today to use. So far the app works for me. I have had no issues. I will follow up the more I use the app if there are significant updates to provide in my review.
