Just another way for our already expensive rent to increase with another charge for absolutely nothing. Just for a stupid yellow sticker on my windshield. No car has ever been towed for not having stickers. The app won't let me sign in to renew my sticker. The parking situation hasn't changed either, not that it was a problem to begin with. But paying for MY parking spot that I've had for 3 years in which I never had to pay for before?? What? Yeah, no.

Most stupid app I have ever met. Even though I have an account in reliant parking I still can't log into the app, but still can log into the web. Called several times to customer support, they couldn't do anything. Today even more, logged into the web, tried to order the instant permit but the front end freezed during permit generation, so I couldn't get the guest permit. Customer service does not respond even after waiting on the phone for like 20 min.

Where to start? There are severe spelling and grammar mistakes in certain messages that are impossible to decipher. The fingerprint scanner doesn't work half the time despite working for my other apps. I have to pay this app $35 just for a sticker to park in an open lot with no assigned parking full of cars with expired inspection stickers that haven't moved for months with flat tires and nobody tows them.
