Most stupid app I have ever met. Even though I have an account in reliant parking I still can't log into the app, but still can log into the web. Called several times to customer support, they couldn't do anything. Today even more, logged into the web, tried to order the instant permit but the front end freezed during permit generation, so I couldn't get the guest permit. Customer service does not respond even after waiting on the phone for like 20 min.

It's not working. It kicked me out and won't let me log back in. I tried to reset password but nothing happens. When I had access, it wouldn't upload my documents so i had to print a guest pass for myself and now I can't get in to download a "guest" pass. This is horrible. My vehicle was towed this morning because it was no pass in my window and I can't access the app. This should be a 5 star app when ppl HAVE to depend on it so there vehicle won't be towed and not have to pay $280 for 2.5hrs.

if you're going to use AI agents do not heavily rely on them if you Don't know how to properly integrate them. its currently not convenient to deal with incorrect charges and being given the run around by a bot. I've had this issue for almost over a month
