In the faveo app version 31.15.0, policy pdf and policy card can be searched only by policy number. Advisor has no option to search the policy by name. Each time, one cannot remember the policy number. This simple addition will make it easy to track the policies/serve the customers better and faster. Also, renewal section in the app does not load properly, as we have to search by month or dates, and most of the times, we ge no data found, even though there are renewals due for that period.

Very third Class App Not working properly , I think IT Professionl who handles this app is also not professional as the issue is on daily basis not opening many times if password forget not accepted new password saying Failed if suppose reached in the application it get buffer mostly reinstalled this app numerous time still same as before IT TEAM PLEASE BE SERIOUS ON THIS

As a partner of care health insurance using Faveo Plus App is very frustrating. Can't login: Always shows update available -31.7 whereas the app is updated to latest version.
