In the faveo app version 31.15.0, policy pdf and policy card can be searched only by policy number. Advisor has no option to search the policy by name. Each time, one cannot remember the policy number. This simple addition will make it easy to track the policies/serve the customers better and faster. Also, renewal section in the app does not load properly, as we have to search by month or dates, and most of the times, we ge no data found, even though there are renewals due for that period.

It's not a good experience many times it get crashes. After few days it asks to change password and when I am trying to do that it generates OTP to change the password and when I enter OTP, it shows something is wrong and try it after sometime and it's showing the same thing from past more than 5 days and feels very bad. I fear that if not able to change password then won't be able to login to the app. Which ultimately makes completely no sense.

After the update Capcha not work in login process.! Application is not working well, business, login and issued policy data, proposal details, Draft - Save proposal and commission cannot be seen, re-sent payment link manu option not available, it should be, Most importantly even in premium calculator, Incorrect premium states, most of the time the app. not synced timely, the page from which we close the app. same page open again, the business summary page should be opened first.!
