good at sending email notifications, but I have not been able to log in at all to access my payment. I have my login information through my school, tried logging in on the website, and was supposed to receive a one-time code, but never got it. It also won't let me continue when I enter my login details on the app, so I think this may be a bug.

update again.... for whatever reason, the debit card was replaced and now it won't let me link the replacement card on my chime account because it's showing up as a prepaid card instead of a debit card. I reached out and they said there's nothing they can do... how bout leaving my card and account alone since they linked and worked perfectly as a visa until now. I already uninstalled and reinstalled it so but sure what else to do

Cannot login from the time I signed up. Definitely not worth the features, because I can't even access my pay. I have received emails that they are looking into the issue, but just don't do it. It is too much headache to try to get access to my money.
