About this app

Rescue Operator is the operational app designed for volunteer rescue
organizations and emergency response teams. It enables real-time
coordination of operators, shifts, and on-site interventions.

KEY FEATURES

• Shift management: view your own shifts and the team roster, confirm
attendance with one tap.

• Availability status: set your status (available on site, available
off site, unavailable, vacation, sick leave) and keep it up to date
on your own.

• Operational recalls: receive an immediate notification when the
dispatch center needs your team. Accept or decline with a single
tap.

• Location sharing: when you accept a recall, your GPS position is
shared with the dispatch center to help coordinate your arrival on
scene. Tracking stops automatically when the intervention ends, or
can be stopped manually at any time.

• Active intervention: see the details of your assigned intervention,
the location, the squad and the other members on duty.

PRIVACY

Location data is collected exclusively during an accepted recall and
shared only with your organization's dispatch center. Tracking can be
stopped manually by the user at any time.

INTENDED AUDIENCE

This app is intended for authorized operators of volunteer rescue
organizations. Access requires credentials issued by the user's
organization.
