Remem is a very easy-to-use app designed to answer the doubts and questions that many caregivers and those affected by Alzheimer's face in their day to day.

Its contents are based on the experience of caregivers and relatives, as well as patients and professional caregivers.

In Remem you will find a multitude of practical information told in a simple way, organized in the following sections:

-Understanding Alzheimer's: with general information about the disease and a section in which you can see phase by phase the symptoms and specific recommended care.

-Doubts about: divided by thematic areas (food, health, nursing, communication, legal and social resources ...), in this section you will find answers to many of the doubts and situations that you face every day.

-Routines: includes physical routines (stretching) adapted to each of the phases and cognitive stimulation activities that you can do daily at home.

-Resources: find the Family Association closest to you (by communities), a variety of manuals and books related to Alzheimer's and a glossary with the most frequent terms.

-Caregiver: specific section for caregivers, it offers answers related to their work, stretching exercises designed for them and a series of tips for the caregiver to also take care of themselves.

-Contact: If you still have pending questions or situations that you don't know how to deal with, you can send them through this section. In addition to getting an answer, your question will be incorporated into the app so that it can help other people.

To speed up the query, the app has a search engine from which you can find exactly the information you need.
