About this app

Remembre is a mobile application designed for women who have experienced miscarriage or pregnancy loss. It provides a private, compassionate space to grieve, remember, and connect — combining personal journaling, remembrance profiles for each child lost, a curated photo memory gallery, and an optional anonymous community. A signature feature allows users to optionally place themselves on a community map, showing how many women in the same geographic area share a similar experience — reinforcing that no one is alone in their grief. Pregnancy loss — including miscarriage, stillbirth, and early infant loss — affects approximately 1 in 4 pregnancies. Despite its prevalence, grief associated with pregnancy loss is often invisible, unsupported, and isolating. Women frequently report feeling unable to talk about their loss openly, with few dedicated digital spaces that honor the child they lost while also fostering community.

Existing social media platforms are ill-suited for this grief: they are noisy, public, and algorithmically designed for engagement rather than healing. Remembre fills this gap — a purposefully quiet, warm, and private environment built specifically for this experience. Remembre provide a safe, private journaling space for processing grief over time. It allows women to create lasting remembrance profiles honoring each child. Remembre fosters gentle community connection through optional, anonymous sharing. It uses geographic data (city/state) to visually show women they are not alone while maintaining the highest standards of privacy and emotional safety.
