About this app

Remiah answers your phone when you can't.

You're on a roof, under a sink, or under a car. The phone rings and it goes to voicemail — and most people who reach a voicemail call the next number on the list. Remiah picks up instead.

An AI receptionist answers in your business's voice, finds out what's wrong, works out how urgent it is, and books the job. You get the whole thing on your phone as soon as the call ends.

WHAT YOU SEE ON YOUR PHONE

• Every call, with what the caller actually needs — not a voicemail you have to sit through
• Urgency you can trust: a burst pipe reads differently from a quote request, and a car that won't stop reads differently from an oil change
• The recording and the full transcript when you want to hear it yourself
• One tap to call back, one tap to schedule
• Jobs pushed to your calendar so they sit beside everything else

IT ASKS WHAT YOUR BUSINESS ACTUALLY NEEDS

If you drive to the customer, it takes the service address and won't book a job without one. If the customer drives to you, it never asks where they are — it takes the vehicle instead, the way they said it. You pick which you are during setup and the receptionist changes accordingly.

HEAR IT BEFORE YOU CHOOSE IT

Nine voices, each with a recording of that voice taken from a real phone call, so you know what a caller hears before you pick. Then ring your own phone and hear the whole thing end to end.

YOUR CUSTOMER BOOK

Keep the customers you service, what you've worked on, and the equipment or vehicles on file. When someone on file rings, Remiah knows who they are before it says hello.

WHAT THE PHONE IS WORTH

See the jobs booked, the revenue behind them, and what the calls cost — and export it all when it's time to do your books.

LEARN IT IN TEN MINUTES

A walkthrough that reads itself aloud, one short lesson per screen, so nobody has to work out the app from scratch.

YOU DECIDE HOW IT ANSWERS

Write the greeting, set your hours, and say what counts as an emergency — genuine ones can ring you live. It answers in English, Spanish and Korean, switching as soon as the caller does.

WHO IT'S FOR

Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, landscaping and roofing. Auto and performance shops. Anyone whose phone rings while both hands are busy — from one van to a shop with a dispatcher.

Remiah requires an account. Plans start at $119/month with a phone number included; see remiah.ai/pricing.
