Worst app experience I have ever had with a mobile wallet. Balance has been deducted from the wallet from not credited in the bank. Even after several complaints to the bank, no action has been taken and it's been more than a month. I think I'm gonna delete my MBL bank account altogether. If I could, I would give it 0 stars.

the bank withdrawal feature of the wallet is worst, I have had 3 bad transaction issue with this wallet, where the wallet debits the money without crediting my account. And every time it is so much difficult and lengthy to get refund. Worst experience of all the e-wallets I have ever used.

Created virtual card with 500 npr to see how it works but now it keeps giving me error message whenever I click on virtual card tab and log me out saying sessions time out. I have already sent email to your support id still no response so Keep my money and fixed your app.
