I am really disappointed with this company. Extremely poor service and they never come out with solutions. I sent money since 28th of February though mobile money. Till today The recipient has not received it yet. Several calls were made. I complained to the customer service but they asked documents which no one want to share. Finally I managed to send them the recipient bank statement in which the transfer didn't appear. But still they are requesting order documents.

Since the 28th of February, My dad has tried sending money via mobile money and to this day, the recipient has not received the money sent despite the app saying that they have. We have tried to ask for a refund and they have yet to send me this refund which has created a lot of problem. Several calls, bank statements have also been sent to prove that The recipient has yet to receive the money. I need this issue solved

Remit Choice is a great app. Very secure, fast and easy to use with basically the best rate in the market. Have been using it since October 2021 and have never had a single problem. Even if I make a transfer and have not yet confirmed it, they will call to find out if I'm having any challenges so they could help me out. Customer service is awesome. Keep the good job, AHAD.
