Ratings and reviews

This app keeps messing up after updates. It was working fine just last week, but today when I tried to send money, it told me to update. I did the update, and now I can log in—but I still can’t make a payment. Even though I’m already logged in, it keeps asking me to log in again when I try to make a payment. I’m not supposed to go through that step—just pay. On top of that, I lost over 200 points without even sending any money.

Even though I am old school, I really like your app tile layout. I can easily see the services clearly. Giving customers option to update their own ID when it expires instead of contacting you is great customer oriented thought because your customer service lines could be overwhelmed with calls only for ID updating. The only thing you might need to work on is your app resilience to avoid frequent system errors. APS is my favourite and go to money transfer app.

My favourite money transfer app. I have been using APS for a very long time. They are reliable and have no issue of cash not available in the receiving end. I am satisfied with your service. Yes, you do have system glitches. But I am glad that your tech team has worked on some of the issues to get them fixed and make it more customer user friendly.
