Not user friend, they hold your money for too long, they don't pay on time and they lie on their rates. Advertised rate is not the same as the payment amount

Different rate before and after transaction. They will tell you your money is irreversible while still under review. not straight forward.

Terrible customer service and slow refunds Unpleasant staff and a total lack of information. Poor communication and inefficiency; even their financial management is a disaster. It took 6 days to resolve a simple issue and 6 days to get a refund. They receive your money but claim they never did. They make excuses and force you through 15,000 procedures just for a 100€ transfer.
