Terrible customer service and slow refunds Unpleasant staff and a total lack of information. Poor communication and inefficiency; even their financial management is a disaster. It took 6 days to resolve a simple issue and 6 days to get a refund. They receive your money but claim they never did. They make excuses and force you through 15,000 procedures just for a 100€ transfer.

waste of time so inefficient and poor customer service. serious delay in transaction transfer. not just me alone and dont ever try doing a bank transfer. the app shows money sent and you dont get the money in the receiving bank. customer service tells you sorry your money is showing sent and cant help you. the best customer service agent i had after 4 different calls asked me to get a bank statement to prove money not received before the team will look at my complaints. find a better opti
