Furthermore, with Ariston NET Pro**, your service centre can provide 24/7 assistance, monitor the product and intervene to solve any problems, even remotely!

I feel like the app is very clunky. I had to refresh the app twice just to input command. The boost button just doesnt work. And the scheduling could be better than this. There is plenty of smart device app that could be taken as example. I'm building a smart home and so far this app kinda break the flow of automation and ease of use. Please fix

Much slower and more unreliable than the old app. Typical use-case: I open the app to increase the temperature of the water heater. Should be simple right? In practice, when I turn the dial up the app might send the command to the heater or not. Either way it looks exactly the same. If I send to background and back to the front it will still look the same. If I want to know if I was lucky enough for the water heater to increase the temperature I have to force-close the app and reopen. Fix this!

After every update, the app malfunctions... When I opened the app today, only the number of showers was possible to change, not the temperature. Whatever I tried to do I got an error message. I guess I would have to reinstall it yet again but last time I did that I lost all the consumption data of the previous time since the installation. This is really unacceptable! The more so as I love the actual boiler, but somebody at Ariston should really look into software development for the app...
