You have a new digital electricity meter and want to read your current consumption? Then enter your PIN into the StromPIN app once, hold your smartphone in front of the light sensor of your electricity meter and press Start. After a few seconds, the electricity meter is unlocked by the PIN and you can switch through the counter display with the integrated flashlight function.
And all without annoying and manual "flashing" of the PIN by hand.
