- Secure login

- View feed, received appraisals, and accumulated points
- Redeem rewards
- Submit and view journal entries
- View and update profile (name, department, designation, and profile picture are unchangeable; password is changeable)

Super Admin (Web Portal)
- View total companies, subscribers, and revenue
- Configure reward programs
- Manage employee reward approvals
- Modify point system:
- Points for different types of appreciation
- Min/max points per appraisal
- Daily cap for appraisals sent/received
- Point expiration rules
- Approve/decline reward redemption requests
