About this app
Every document you own has a date on it. RenewKeep keeps those dates, and tells you before they run out.
Add a passport, a driver's license, an insurance policy, a warranty or a subscription. Set when you want to be warned — 90 days, 30 days, a week, the day before, or any schedule you choose. RenewKeep does the rest, and it does it without ever sending your documents anywhere.
YOUR DOCUMENTS STAY ON YOUR PHONE
This is the part most apps get wrong. Your documents and their photos are encrypted on this device with AES-256 and a key held in your phone's secure keystore. There is no upload. There is no copy on our servers. We cannot read your documents, and neither can anyone who breaks into us, because there is nothing of yours there to take.
WORKS WITH NO INTERNET
Your vault opens on a plane, in a basement, and in a country where your SIM does not work. Reminders are scheduled on the device, so they arrive whether or not you have signal.
REMINDERS THAT ARRIVE IN TIME
A warning the week before a passport expires is useless — by then you have been unable to travel for five months. Set 90 days for travel documents, a day for a free trial, or a different schedule for every single item.
SUBSCRIPTIONS TOO
Track what you pay for Netflix, Spotify, iCloud and anything else, with real logos for popular services and room for any name you type. See the monthly total, the yearly total, and what is due next.

Point the camera at a document and the text is read on the device — the photo is not sent off to be processed. Or type the details in yourself. Either way the expiry date is what matters.

Because documents live on your phone and not on our servers, you choose what the email may say: the document's name, or only that something expires that day. Turning it off deletes those dates from our server.

Mark a free trial and you are reminded before it turns into a charge. When you decide to stop paying for something, RenewKeep shows you where it is cancelled — the App Store, Google Play or the service's own site — and keeps it in your history.

Premium: unlimited documents, unlimited photos per document, your own reminder schedule for each item, email reminders to any address you choose, attachments (keep the receipt or policy PDF with the document), and a printable summary of everything you hold. Pay monthly, yearly, or once for life — Lifetime is a single purchase that never renews.
