Ratings and reviews

Of I could give 0 stars if I could. The only thing this app needs to do is connect to the devices, display current, and historical data. Sadly those are the only features the consistently fail to work. Yes, an account is useful for your data collection and marketing needs, but it adds no value to users specifically looking to be of grid and certainly isn't necessary for Bluetooth connections. The app is so bad I can't even disconnect from the batteries, the only way to force them to updated

Terrible app loaded with garbage. Before the onslaught of garbage added to the app, I could connect frequently to devices and use it. Now it just connects once and never again. Frequently freezes the status of the connected device. I need to cycle stop the app or just delete all devices and start again. Just no point in using it. Use a different brand if you can. Renogy isn't worth the headache.

This app used to work flawlessly, but now it never can pair to my batteries. I have two 200ah Bluetooth Renogy Batteries, and they're only sometimes recognized by the app. I have to re-add the batteries multiple times per day just to see what my current charge is. This is very disappointing because it use to work perfectly fine until about a month or so ago. Really sucks. All we're asking for is a simple app that monitors state of charge. That's it. Nothing else.
