I just got put on im happy so far I can't wait to ride one thing i did have a question on? why won't they let me login or make a account?????? the verification before I pickup were is that paper????

Collects your id (ssn), driver's license or passport but still says it doesn't collect any data. This is after it's been charging my credit card for more than a year without issue.

ID Verification Doesn't Work, in Android 16 after uploading the first photo, other upload buttons freeze.
