RentalHelm runs the day-to-day of your vacation rental for you — guest door codes, pool and spa heating, and smart alerts, handled automatically.

Connect your booking platform (OwnerRez, Hostaway, Ciirus or Lodgix) and your Home Assistant hub, and RentalHelm takes it from there.

GUEST DOOR CODES ON AUTOPILOT
A unique door code is created for every booking, programmed into your Z-Wave smart locks before check-in, and removed after check-out. Cancelled bookings are cleaned up automatically — no more codes for guests who never arrive.

POOL & SPA, READY WHEN GUESTS ARE
Heating tied to your booking calendar: warm for arrivals, off after departures. Freeze protection, filter-pump scheduling and stall auto-restart are built in.

ALERTS THAT THINK AHEAD
Low lock batteries, hub outages, doors left open, pool faults. RentalHelm checks your guest calendar and tells you before it matters — by push notification and email. Every alert message is editable, and you get a follow-up when the problem clears.

AUTOMATIONS YOU CONTROL
Door auto-lock, freeze protection, filter auto-restart, pool heat for bookings that purchased heating. Every rule is editable, and every action lands in a full audit log.
