In an effort to help a family member with their rental properties, I found Rental Hero. I'm not a bookkeeper. It is easy to use and understand. His accountant loved the reports for taxes. It helped him see where the money is being spent and his ROI easily in order to make decisions. Rental Hero is also affordable. Any software package has a learning curve and support replies to questions with a real person, not a bot!! We are so happy to have found this software.

I love this software. I'm an owner\lanlord and my biggest problem, even with only a couple properties, is tracking expenses. The auto bank linking is the most important feature I needed. I researched a TON (20+) of other realty services and the only ones that do this are high dollar geared towards Property Management companies and real estate moguls. Now for a few nickels a day transactions are imported automatically and all I need to do is reconcile and categorize. Lovetheotherfeaturestoo

Very easy to use. I am not familiar with full featured bookkeeping programs, but Rental Hero is easy and I love the mobile app. Just what I needed for my 2 rentals.
