Miftah Resident connects residents with their property team, helping you stay on top of payments, requests, documents and visitor access without chasing updates across different channels.

With Miftah Resident you can:

• View rent schedules, cheque status, payment progress and receipts
• Submit maintenance requests with photos or documents and follow their status
• Browse available homes, view property details and save favourites
• Create visitor passes with QR and numeric access codes
• Review walk-in visitors and manage resident approvals
• Access lease information, meetings, notifications and penalties
• Switch between English and Arabic, light and dark appearance
• Optionally use your location to find nearby listings

Miftah Resident is available to residents of participating properties. A valid account supplied by your property manager is required. Available features depend on your property’s configuration. Payment information shown in the app reflects records managed by your property organisation.
