When I set up my account to pay my rent, the only two options given were monthly and weekly, neither are ideal for me. So, after speaking with the property management company, I emailed the creators of the app. After 3-4 days I didn't receive a response, so I decided to call and inquire if a bi-weekly option was supported by the app. The customer service representative became very rude and stated they could not share such information. Not a pleasant interaction.

I'm sorry you had a poor experience with customer service. As the app publisher, we do not have visibility into how your PM has the settings configured. Available payment options within the app are currently weekly or monthly. If you have a schedule outside of that, you can always make one-time payments at any time if allowed by your PM.

it would be an easy app to use. I used it last month but my Google pixel 9a is such a horrible phone that it drops my apps and I have to reinstall them. it incorporates old calls into my current phone log and I'm asking people. I'm returning people's calls. it never called me. that's just a small sample of what I'm getting with Google 9A but the rent app is awesome that Google would let me use it

Works fine for purposes of paying rent online and submitting maintenance requests. FYI when you register your payment method, I suggest using ACH so enter routing number and account number. If you enter a debit/credit card be prepared to pay a monthly fee of around $25. ACH is FREE and I have been using that method for 1-1/2 years with no issues.
