About this app

RentFlowTH User is an app for tenants of dorms and apartments using the RentFlowTH system. View bills, pay rent, and contact your dorm/landlord in one place.

Bills and Payments
• Receive monthly rent bills with details of rent, water, and electricity charges, including meter readings.
• View due dates and the dorm/landlord's bank account.
• Attach transfer slips directly in the app – no need to send photos via chat.
• Receive notifications when the landlord confirms receipt of payment. View and save receipts yourself.
• View past bill history for every month.

Dorm Services
• Report repairs with photos and track repair status.
• Receive notifications when packages arrive. View package photos and confirm receipt.
• Read dorm announcements such as water/light shut-offs and schedules.
• View and accept lease renewals and move-out notices via the app.

Getting Started
1. Register with your email address.
2. Search for your dorm/landlord using the code provided by the landlord and select your room.
3. Wait for landlord approval to start using the app immediately.
