Was skeptical when I moved and my new landlord used Rentigo over paper checks, but was greatly surprised at the hassle the app saves each month. I use auto-pay and no longer have to worry about late rent fees. Great app.

Found this company through a friend who has been using Rentigo for around 6 months. I manage significantly less properties than he does, but the app seems to work identically, nonetheless. Was a small hassle when entering so if my tenants into the app but otherwise it has been working as advertised.

I would have rated this 5 stars, but for some unknown reason the app no longer let's me just select "pay rent" to pay on my own. When selecting "pay rent", it now automatically makes me set up an auto payment. This is with no late payments on my account and with a verified source to pay from.
