I would have rated this 5 stars, but for some unknown reason the app no longer let's me just select "pay rent" to pay on my own. When selecting "pay rent", it now automatically makes me set up an auto payment. This is with no late payments on my account and with a verified source to pay from.

Wish I could rate this higher than 5 stars!! With the recent update, there is now a packaging service feature. Got emailed when my package was delivered without having to go to the reception desk at 10 am each morning to check.

Scam app always have wrong rent balance never correct you can even lose your place as resort of bad management of accounts can't remove card information from app this app is no good it sucks 😞😞😞 to anyone thinking using this app don't you are better off paying your rent by money order or check that's your best option please stay far away from this app you have been warned!!
