Key Features

Property Management
Add, edit, and manage rental properties with details such as address, rent amount, deposit, size, amenities, and property status including Vacant, Occupied, or Under Maintenance.

Tenant and Contract Management
Store tenant contact information and emergency contacts. Manage rental contracts with start dates, end dates, rent amounts, and payment schedules. Receive automatic reminders for contracts expiring within 30 days.

Payment Tracking
Record rent payments using a calendar view. Track payment status such as Paid, Pending, or Late. Filter payments by status, view monthly income summaries, and quickly identify overdue payments.

Expense Management
Track expenses by category including Maintenance, Utilities, Taxes, Insurance, and Other expenses. View expenses per property or as general expenses and analyze spending with category-based charts.
