FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Isn't a spreadsheet enough to track rent?
Up to one or two units, yes. After that two things break: a sheet never reminds you, and entering data on a phone becomes a chore. RentMind handles the due date for you.

Can I see multiple properties separately?
Yes. Rent, expenses and net position are shown per property, with the portfolio total on one screen.

How do I track a tenant who pays short?
Enter a partial payment; the remaining balance stays open for that month and shows in the list.

Does it help with rental income reporting?
It records income and expenses with dates and produces a period summary. It makes reporting easier; it is not a substitute for tax advice.

Does it work offline?
You can view your records offline; syncing completes when the connection returns.
