So far it has not been a great experience. It is really difficult to post and edit my equipment. When I try to edit my post, it dosen't save. The only time I was able to post equipment was when customer service did it for me. One great thing is the customer service. They are fast and really helpful. I wish this app could be a more seamless experience because it is a great idea.

Thank you for your helpful comments. Our primary goal is to take feedback from our users and improve functionality. To your point, I witnessed our officers & programmers have a 6 hour meeting prioritizing improvements and changes that are going to be taking place in the next 30 days. Haven't had any problems with the App yet, I'm glad you allow people to search for items without making an account! I wanted to see if anything was in my area before bothering to make another account to add to the millions it seems I have! Sadly there are no listings in my area! I'll check back another time and see if anyone in my area has joined and posted equipment! This is a great concept and can't wait to see if gain more traction, I hope the posters equipment is protected though!

Is there anyway to get customer support? The help button just goes to some other chat that has nothing to do with the app. Having account problems.
