Renting a home blind is one of the biggest risks there is: the listing says one thing, the agency another, and you only discover the truth about that building after you've paid the deposit. Noisy neighbors, damp rooms, a landlord who never answers. RentRate turns the tables and puts the information on your side, thanks to people sharing their experiences.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
- Search for any address by street, city, or area and read reviews
- Explore the map and discover reviewed properties near you
- Evaluate six aspects that really matter: level of silence, neighbors, owner, property condition, maintenance, and fairness of the contract
- Write your own review, even anonymously
- Give reviews a thumbs-up or down vote to highlight the most helpful ones
- Sort results by rating, number of reviews, or date

WHY YOU CAN TRUST US
Reviews are linked to verified accounts via email or Google: real experiences from real people, not anonymous chatter. Each review is checked before being published, and a built-in reporting system keeps out false or offensive content.
