RentSplit Studio helps roommates, couples, tenants, and landlords work out a fair way to split rent — without spreadsheets or arguments.

Not every room is worth the same share. RentSplit Studio lets you account for room size, ensuites, balconies, parking, storage, and more, then builds a rent split that reflects it.

Every scenario you build — occupants, room sizes, amenities, bills, and results — is saved locally so you can revisit, duplicate, or compare it later. Supports GBP, EUR, USD, and nine other currencies, plus metric or imperial measurements.

RentSplit Studio provides planning and calculation tools only. Results are estimates based on the values and weighting you choose, and are not legal, financial, tenancy, or property advice — the final agreement is always up to the people sharing the home.
