I placed an order via mobile web, then downloaded the app to track the order. But the order doesn't show up in the app, so the app is useless. I used the same phone number to sign into the app as I used to place the order, so it ought to be easy for the app to look up said order. Being able to track the order I just placed is the single, core functionality I expect from the app. What else am I going to use it for?

Can't track my order at all. App crashes every time. Phone tells me there's a bug in the app and to wait until developer creates an update to fix it. Even have a screenshot of the message.

I put a 0% tip for my order because I was goingvto pay with cash and the app add their own tip. also online said my order would be ready by 8:42pm but when I logged on to the app it said 9:57pm pickup time.. do not use this app terrible service.
