Can't track my order at all. App crashes every time. Phone tells me there's a bug in the app and to wait until developer creates an update to fix it. Even have a screenshot of the message. 7/1/2026 and the issue continues. Still can't order using the app-my screen skips. Was told I'd receive a gift card for the multiple times I gave feedback through texts as they tried things to correct it. I got nothing. Was told it would be fixed quickly. Check the date of my first review.

No confirmation email/text once order is placed!!!! No receipt- Nothing!! Waiting to see if we even receive our pickup order when we arrive today to get it. Not a fan of this app. I see why it has 1star! I will never use it again. When spending any amount of money you should ALWAYS send order confirmations to consumers! The app does not even show you an itemized order detail or have an actual tracking option for peace of mind your order was even placed🙄🫣 Complete waste of time and junk app!!

This is the app that will bring down UberEats, finally, and good riddance. Sauce offers excellent service on a great platform. It is a practical alternative to the price gouging platforms that are predominant in the delivery market. This app keeps getting better and better while the others keep getting worse and worse. Just try to get a human for support at the other guys.
