Cost Manager is a simple, offline expense tracker for everyday money. Log what you spend and what you earn, set one monthly budget, get reminded before bills are due, and keep track of who owes you — with no account, no sign-up and no internet connection required.

Most money manager apps make you set up wallets, balances and transfers before you can log a single expense. Cost Manager answers one question instead: how much did I spend and how much did I earn this month?

EXPENSE AND INCOME TRACKER
Add a spend or an earning in a couple of taps using a fast built-in keypad — no fighting with the system keyboard. Pick a category, add a note, done. Browse by day, week, month or any custom date range, filter by category, and swipe a row to edit or delete it. Every entry shows a running daily average so you can see your real pace.

A MONTHLY BUDGET THAT ACTUALLY WORKS
Set one monthly limit. The dashboard ring shifts from green to amber to red as you spend, and shows the number that actually changes behaviour: how much you can safely spend per day for the days left in the month. You get an alert at 80%, while there is still time to do something about it, and again at 100%.

BILL REMINDERS
Add your rent, electricity, internet, subscriptions, school fees or loan instalments once, and get a notification before each due date. Bills are grouped into due this week, upcoming and paid, so nothing quietly slips past you.

LOANS AND DEBTS — KNOW WHO OWES YOU
Track money you lent and money you borrowed, person by person. Each person gets their own ledger with a running balance and every payment recorded against it. Log partial repayments, see your net position at a glance, and send a polite reminder over WhatsApp. Large loans can be kept out of your monthly totals with a single switch, so one big amount doesn't distort your real income and spending.

MONTHLY REPORT
Earned versus spent for the month, your top spending categories ranked, and a six-month trend so you can see whether things are improving or slipping. Share the summary with one tap.

SEARCH
Free-text search across notes, categories and amounts — find that one payment from three months ago in seconds.

PDF RECEIPTS
Generate a clean one-page receipt for any expense, income, loan or repayment, and share it straight to WhatsApp, Messenger, email or anywhere else.

APP LOCK
Protect the app with a PIN or your fingerprint, applied on launch and whenever you come back to it. The PIN is never stored in readable form, so even a copied backup file cannot reveal it.

BACKUP, RESTORE AND EXPORT
Keep a local backup file and share it wherever you like, or back up to your own Google Drive. Export everything to CSV any time and open it in Excel or Google Sheets — your data is never locked in.
