Technician was really helpful and cordial.. Happy with thw repair service ; but the person who received the call at reception did not seem to know anything about washing machine or it's parts neither did she seem tobknow how to escalate our complaint to the technician and was really slow in response... But overall happy with the service aa technician did well!

I have been calling and calling from Tuesday Jan 30th till today Feb 2nd and everytime they ask location then they say it's different and change to the correct location and tell me technician will call. I have not received a call till now. Last month I had issue with fridge and you guys repaired it and just after a month it's showing the same issue. Please help me solve the problem. Pathetic service.

My LG fridge had a problem and it was very difficult to find someone to fix it. Then I heard about repair world and I contacted them and the very next day they send a person to find the problem and he fixed within 5 days. The other advantage is that you don't have to directly login to repair world app or create a account,once you download the app you can directly get into it and login as a customer and it is very user friendly and it's easy to find the solution for your problems.
