not only the app but company is definitely fallen in service the past few years.. my rep left, who handled my auto payments, tried setting it up and couldn't get them to do it, so had to call and pay a extra fee cause they couldn't set up my auto pay.. now I have broken tools that won't be warrantied and now account is headed to collections due to poor service. come take your trash back. and this app won't even let me connect my account. ridiculous

payment processing never works, won't let me update payment information. constantly says there's a server issue whenever I try to do anything with the app. completely useless and frustrating every time I try to use it.
