About this app

Repli AI is the app for businesses that sell via WhatsApp with Repli, the AI-powered sales agent. The agent handles your customers, answers questions, takes orders, and processes payments. With the app, you and your team can monitor everything from your phone and jump into the conversation when needed.

CONVERSATIONS
• View all your chats in one place and filter them by unanswered messages, messages requiring assistance, messages assigned to you, or by tag.

• Take a chat to respond yourself and return it to the agent when you're finished.

• Respond with text, photos from your gallery or camera, videos, documents, voice notes, or quick replies.

• Send an approved template when more than 24 hours have passed since the customer's last message.

• Assign chats to your team, add tags, and schedule follow-ups.

ORDERS AND SALES
• Review pending, paid, in-process, and shipped orders.

• Confirm or cancel orders from your online store.

• Mark an order as being prepared, shipped (with carrier and tracking number), or delivered.

Each person logs in with their own user account and only sees the sections they are authorized to access. If you manage multiple businesses, switch between them from within the app.
