App usually works great. But have not been able to sign on. Each time I try, it says 'no connectivity. Slow or no internet connection.' And I have all bars and Im connected to wifi. I have tried signing out and uninstalled & reinstalled the app, nothing. Still same error message. Other than that, the app is great and easy to use, when its working.

Can't edit payment options or anything else for that matter. Tries to send me to an external link and then immediately crashes. Made my payment arrangements go late and now I'm back where I started. Thanks a lot, y'all finessed me with late payments.

App doesn't work. There's not much sense in having an app you can't make payments on where you can only check your payment history. The app not working is just a marketing con to make you late on payments so you have to call in to pay. Then they offer to bury you under even more ridiculously high interest debt in the guise of helping you out.
