Ratings and reviews

All this app is good for is logging in. I don't see an itemized list of my bill and I can't even pay my bill from here. If you have other options available, go with them. Also the bill I have been sent is 3 times what was agreed to. Might as well be a scam Reading previous comments shows that these have been issues for years and have yet to be addressed

App has challenges, especially with billing. Cannot make payment, set up auto pay or view activity on app or signed in on site/desktop. Can only access billing as guest on site. Tried uninstall/reinstall, tried contacting support- issues have been ongoing for over a yr.

Doesn't have biometric login or MFA and blocks my commonly-used password manager app. Can't use app to request bulky waste pickup, dumpsters, or other services; requires old school phone call. Payments cannot be made or viewed in-app; "Payments" button diverts to website. In general, app is as shoddy as the waste collection service.
