App allows me to login and see my bill and all those other good things but won't let me setup auto pay or one time payments. Tried the website and the login page just doesn't even show when I click it. Hope they fix it in the near future bur who knows. The service is really good and have had a pleasant experience with the drivers so don't discount that!

This app is not user friendly. The features only work every once in a while, like finger print reader isn't available even though it is in the app settings. Remember me doesn't work sometimes. Billing set up requires you to wait days to effect certain changes. Messaging doesn't show messages sent to individual customers only system messages. Only reason I have this app is because it's required for automatic billing, it's pretty bad overall.

I was paid up through the end of the year and my trash was never picked up during the whole month of December. I called to complain and they sent emails saying my trash pick was scheduled to be picked up the same day or in a day or two and never was. They have missed several pick ups throughout the year. I do not recommend this company at all
