This app is not user friendly. The features only work every once in a while, like finger print reader isn't available even though it is in the app settings. Remember me doesn't work sometimes. Billing set up requires you to wait days to effect certain changes. Messaging doesn't show messages sent to individual customers only system messages. Only reason I have this app is because it's required for automatic billing, it's pretty bad overall.

All this app is good for is logging in. I don't see an itemized list of my bill and I can't even pay my bill from here. If you have other options available, go with them. Also the bill I have been sent is 3 times what was agreed to. Might as well be a scam Reading previous comments shows that these have been issues for years and have yet to be addressed

I can never make a payment online. I have to ALWAYS call customer service to make my payments. What is the point of the app if you can't make payments? Also, they don't pick up big trash unless you make an appointment and they CHARGE you for it. They used to just automatically pick it up on certain days, once a month. And it used to be included in your bill.
