Ratings and reviews

App has challenges, especially with billing. Cannot make payment, set up auto pay or view activity on app or signed in on site/desktop. Can only access billing as guest on site. Tried uninstall/reinstall, tried contacting support- issues have been ongoing for over a yr.

App seems fine, very disappointed in the communication around delays due to weather... there is no communication of when missed days are made up. ive now missed 2 weeks in a row because of this. apparently i need to just leave my trash in the street every day in case they decide to come thay day

I was paid up through the end of the year and my trash was never picked up during the whole month of December. I called to complain and they sent emails saying my trash pick was scheduled to be picked up the same day or in a day or two and never was. They have missed several pick ups throughout the year. I do not recommend this company at all
