This app is not user friendly. The features only work every once in a while, like finger print reader isn't available even though it is in the app settings. Remember me doesn't work sometimes. Billing set up requires you to wait days to effect certain changes. Messaging doesn't show messages sent to individual customers only system messages. Only reason I have this app is because it's required for automatic billing, it's pretty bad overall.

I would give it no stars if I could. I have never been able to make a payment through the app. Not even once. And not even on the desktop site either. I have to call the automated line to make a payment every single time. Beyond frustrating.
