Ratings and reviews

Online bill pay is "offered" but never works. Every single time you try to use it, it will say error unable to submit payment. Auto pay does not work through the app either. I have to call and make my payment every three months.The app is only good for checking my balance when it shows up but even then I get emails for that, so this app is not worth the space it takes up on your phone.

This app is not user friendly. The features only work every once in a while, like finger print reader isn't available even though it is in the app settings. Remember me doesn't work sometimes. Billing set up requires you to wait days to effect certain changes. Messaging doesn't show messages sent to individual customers only system messages. Only reason I have this app is because it's required for automatic billing, it's pretty bad overall.

I can never make a payment online. I have to ALWAYS call customer service to make my payments. What is the point of the app if you can't make payments? Also, they don't pick up big trash unless you make an appointment and they CHARGE you for it. They used to just automatically pick it up on certain days, once a month. And it used to be included in your bill.
