About this app

Reqzi Resident is the app for residents of buildings managed with Reqzi. If your building runs on Reqzi, this app connects you directly to your front desk and management team.

YOUR ACCOUNT
Accounts are set up by your building management team, so there is nothing to register. Sign in with the email and password from your welcome invitation and everything is already set up: your property, your unit and what is happening in your building.

MAINTENANCE REQUESTS
- Report issues in seconds, with photos from your camera or library
- Track the status of every request from open to resolved
- See updates from your property team on each request

PARCELS
- See every parcel your front desk logs for you
- Check what is ready for pickup and what you have already collected
- Leave a pickup note, for example if a housemate is collecting it

GUEST INVITES
- Create invites for friends, family, deliveries and trades
- Every invite has a PIN and QR pass your guest shows at the front desk
- Set single or multi-use invites with a validity window
- Share the pass straight from the app

COMMUNITY
- See upcoming building events and RSVP in one tap
- Give away items you no longer need on the community giveaways board. Listings are reviewed by your management team before they appear

EMERGENCY ALERTS
- Alert your building's management and security team when something is wrong on site
- For life-threatening emergencies always call 999. This feature contacts your building team, not the emergency services

AMENITIES
- Browse your building's amenities
- Check availability and book a slot
- Manage all your bookings in one place

BUILT FOR PEACE OF MIND
- An in-app notification centre with push notifications you control
- Light and dark mode, or follow your device setting
- Optional App Lock with Face ID or Touch ID
- Submit move-out requests
- Delete your account at any time from your profile
