Yesterday they have recovered my car .. it was very challenging , as my car was on the slope and sliding towards fences , with in 15 mins rescue team arrived and they have recovered my car with the help of 2 cars in a professional way.. iam very thankful to them, its like unbelievable someone their for your help in no time for free. it was my first time using this app after our tires got stuck in the middle of nowhere. We took the wrong road on our way to long salt lake in abu dhabi and we didn't know that our car is already running on a soft sand and we got stuck before we even realized. Response time is quick and we got the help we need in no time. Salute to the UAE rescue team! Your great assistance is beyond words and we can't thank you enough for saving our day 🙏🙏🙏

It was our first time going to the desert and we got stuck in the sand. I downloaded the app and sent a request for help, and within 2 minutes I got a call asking for my location.
