What's concerning about this 'developer' is that it's not been thought through. Same issues months apart. I tried 2different android phones, and yes, they are current and up2date and it wouldn't load or open. Uninstalled several times and reload. Nothing. Even got a friend to try on their android. Shan't bother again if it won't work 1st time then confidence in the product fails. will try another app. Error messages reads 'sorry, we are currently unable to load the app. Please try again later '

if you can get the app to open, it constantly crashes.

latest version won't open. have previously used it without any issues.
