Ratings and reviews

No longer fit for purpose. Date selection doesn't work, crashes all the time. Has been like this for over a month since a recent update. Frustrating when it's the only way to book restaurants in our area.

useless!! have just installed this after making a reservation and opening an account online. app keeps closing. can't find either my profile or booking already made, anywhere in the app. totally pointless

Can't find booking without ref number so can't cancel. It doesn't allow you to search bookings with your email/phone number so if you don't have the reservation ref number to hand you can't search for it, so you can't cancel. Not good when you will be charged for no shows without cancelling. The pub have previously confirmed the booking so I know it was booked successfully through the app. I've emailed the pub directly to ask them to cancel, which defeats the object of booking through app.
