ResearchMeter allows users to share data on the websites and apps they use for market research purposes.

Safe and Secure - The app only collects the minimum data required for a study. Data is also encrypted at the point of capture, in transit and when stored. You can also pause capture at any time, choose to opt out of a study or have your data deleted whenever you want.

Ratings and reviews

This app blocks certain sites. I have to pause it in order to use certain things. now it has randomly kicked me out of the program and I cannot log in to claim my points. the app could be way better and it doesnt even send the email for my password reset. not really sure if this app is worth it. they claim they give you your points within a certain amount of days after being terminated but they wouldnt even do that.

I downloaded this from a mail ad. Took awhile to set up VPN etc but got it going. so far they have paid me 3x $50 Amazon gift cards and I'm halfway to my next gift card in quick time! They really do pay out, and better than other similar apps. Battery drain is average. The only issue I have (a minor one), is my Samsung android phone often disconnects me from the app and I have to enable permissions again in the settings, but it's a small price to pay for the rewards I reckon.

After about a month, I've had no issues with the Research Meter. I can't tell it's there. My games and Internet are performing as they did before installing it. Payout is done every Tuesday. If you install it on multiple devices, don't expect any additional compensation as it's set at a 600 point maximum per week that you can redeem for gift cards, which is what's paid for a single device. 1 point = $1 in gift card redemption.
