About this app

The Person in Charge (PIC) at the outlet can submit a report for faulty equipment using the Work Request system to notify the technician for repairs. The technician will receive alerts from the app to complete the assigned tasks. After finishing the work, the technician must fill out the Work Order to document the work performed and log the details. Additionally, the technician should follow up on monthly and preventive maintenance services. Management can view a daily summary report regarding work requests and work order statistics, including which outlet and technician handled each case, the number of completed tasks, and the status of any pending issues.
