A veces el websitio y aplicación no quiere aceptar mi tarjeta de crédito. Y otro veces si.. no entiendo por qué es asi. Como extranjero me gusta el websitio y aplicación cuando fonción.. y es más fácil y seguro por los extranjeros. Phone number and country have to be the same or the purchases will not go through... I recommend putting +52 with México when trying to purchase that is the only thing that seemed to work with my foreign credit card. It may also work +1 if you put Canada or USA

i used Reservamos to buy bus tickets in Mexico. the app was dysfunctional, so i had to purchase through a web browser on my phone. after some problems with my trip, i contacted customer service. the phone number is useless, i called 5 times on 3 different days and was never directed to speak with a real person. i did recurve a response from my email message to customer service, but the response was explicitly unhelpful and implicitly rude. i will never use this app nor this service again.

Useless because their bus schedule is completely wrong. It doesn't match what the actual bus company has. They are selling tickets for trips that do not exist!
