The concierge instantly sees the provider's verified identity and your apartment number, granting immediate access. This completely eliminates the need for the concierge to interrupt you with a phone call for authorization. We automate entry to reduce friction, eliminate frustration, and save you valuable time during your busy day.
* For Buildings Outside the Network: Even if your building isn't fully integrated with our network, you maintain complete control. When your service provider arrives, they will present you with a unique code.
You use this to verify that the provider is exactly who they claim to be. The requested work can only officially begin once you have securely entered and validated this code within your app, ensuring an unbreakable layer of personal security.
