About this app

RES app is the application used by Field executives for collecting the customer information associated with BFSI sector
RES is the PAMAC finserve Pvt.Ltd. owned application build by the in house team for the internal purpose only, the application is developed in to two parts namely RES Web application and RES Mobile application.
The purpose of the application is as below
PAMAC carries certain activities like CPV, DCR , EBC etc. for their registered clients (BFSI) i.e. PAMAC works for certain activities like data collection, background verification etc. on behalf of its clients, RES Mobile application is therefore used by the PAMACians (field executive) for meeting this requirement
In order to use this application the user ID and Password are provided to the registered Field executives by PAMAC, by login to the application FE’s are able to execute the cases assigned to them, the basic information is passed from RES Web application to RES Mobile application automatically based on the pin code associated with the case, upon receiving the case field executive sees the following pages
Assigned cases : cases assigned to fe pin code wise
Downloading cases : cases received by fe are downloaded on FE’s mobile phones automatically
Accepted cases : the downloaded cases are accepted by fe for further processing
Sending cases : completed cases are send back to RES web application for quality check
Case History : FE can manage to see the cases he/she have processed
Profile : this part is used for logout from application and login to application
With this app field executives can punch the data, capture pictures, the application also captured the latitude and longitude of the location to ensure the real time captures.
