Once you've checked in, unlock your room straight from the app — no plastic cards to lose or demagnetize. Your digital key is created automatically for your room and works only for the dates of your stay.

Complete your check-in and guest details from your phone and walk straight to your room — no paperwork at the desk. Guests staying in Croatia can also complete the required eVisitor tourist registration right in the app.

HotelTRS is the companion app for hotels that run on the HotelTRS platform. When you book a stay at a participating hotel, you'll be invited by email. Sign in, and your stay — room key, check-in, dining and local guide — is ready and waiting.

Don't want to use the app? No problem — your hotel can still check you in the traditional way. The app is here to make your stay smoother, never to get in the way.

Your personal data is handled in line with GDPR. You can view what information your hotel holds about you, request a copy, or ask for it to be deleted — right from the app.
