The app works okay. It didn't work on one phone and I had to use an old one to control the bed so that's why I left it at 3 stars. Otherwise it works pretty well but it's annoying to switch between pumps if you have the queen bed with two pumps. It can use some improvement but it's useable and once your setting for the bed are dialed in you won't really need to open it very often at all.

I love the bed and enjoyed what the app provided, for the 2 days it let me connect to it while on wifi... I have been unable to find the bed for almost 2 weeks now and when calling customer support they never answer or call back. About 2 months with the bed now and this app just won't connect to the bed consistently, I see the beds on the network but the app fails to see them.

It's good when you can use the app. It doesn't always open. When I first installed it I was able to use it and load it with my private network internet. Then when I went to reopen it, it crashed and my husband wasn't able to use his side of the bed either. I am having to reinstall it every time I want to check or change my settings, as I just got the bed and I am still learning what I like for sleeping. It is very frustrating having to get under the bed to "reset" the pump to start again.
