Are you from a Bamileke’s tribe in Cameroon and willing to learn your ancestors’ language?
Or are you just curious about discovering a new and exotic language full of historical, phonetics as well as cultural values? Are you perhaps a linguist lacking inspiration for a thesis topic? This application is definitely for you.

This application is the pro version of the Bamileke Nufi - French- Nufi’s dictionary brought to you by Resulam, Resurrection of Minority Languages as part of its project of reviving minority languages. This version contains almost all Nufi words you can imagine, and beyond! It will be updated on regular basis and those who have this version will receive subsequent updates for free. The printed version will also be available in the future.
This dictionary is undoubtedly the world’s first of its kind in the sense that the translation can be done bilaterally between two languages. Different colors were assigned to different parts of the text to make it easily readable.
1 - Enter a word either in French or in Nufi , and you will get the translation in the other language.
2 - Click any word in the text field and get its translation into the other language.
3 - To use this dictionary, you will necessarily need to use special characters in order to enter a word in fe'efe'e language. But do not worry, Resulam foresaw and anticipated this issue!
Just write your word using Clafrica code, and the program will recognize and translate your code into fe'efe'e language.

With the pro version, it is now possible to share the definition of a word by email and on most social networks (Facebook, Skype, WhatsApp, etc.). Simply access the phone menu, then click on "share" and choose one of the platforms.
You can also click on the icon "random" to randomly access the meaning of a word in the dictionary. Also clicking next and previous will bring you to the next word in the dictionary.

Ratings and reviews

If you want to learn feefee nufi from scratch, this is the best application ever. I could find the translation, the wording and the prononciation (audio) of almost all words. The only improvement I could suggest is to add a kind of history of the words the user has been looking for.

Very good and useful book that also provides context for some definitions. You can also hear the pronunciation which helps build confidence when speaking to natives.

It is an amazing application, it help even those never heard about this language to learn easily et very fast, pronunciation is involve in the application etc.. once more thank you so much for this wonderful work, with you the best.

What's new

Over 100 words and phrases added, and lots of corrections made; to reassure yourself that your update is effective, look for the words " 1. zhìēnzhì (zhi1e3nzhi1), 2. avec. 3. mbʉ́'.
